The Lakers are another unsurprising team on this list, with high hopes that they can rebound from an injury-plagued season and push the franchise’s 18th title.

There have been talks of acquiring a point guard to relieve LeBron and Anthony Davis’ creation duties and add another scoring threat. Acquiring someone like Chris Paul or Kyle Lowry would not only be a help to LeBron and AD, but for the team’s depth as well.

The Lakers don’t have a lot of flexibility with limited cap space and most of their tradable draft picks already owed to the New Orleans Pelicans. But they have as much incentive as anyone to push for a big roster upgrade so expect them to figure out how to get something done this offseason.
