Travis Kelce was given a 99 rating in Madden and the star tight end couldn’t be happier after hearing the news.

Is there a better tight end in the NFL than Kansas City Chiefs stud Travis Kelce? The 31-year-old standout is nothing short of fantastic when he’s on the field, as he and Patrick Mahomes have developed insane chemistry in recent years.

Well, with Madden22 set to be released next month, Kelce will be able to play with the Chiefs and throw the rock to himself knowing he’s part of the 99 club. That’s right, Kelce has indeed been given a 99 rating for the popular video game, an honor given to the best of the best in the NFL.

Chiefs star Travis Kelce has been given a 99 ratting for Madden22

There’s no denying that Kelce is deserving of this honor. Last season, the 6-foot-5, 260-pounder recorded 105 receptions for 1,416 yards and 11 touchdowns. Not only is he a stud for Madden purposes, but you should definitely select him high in your upcoming fantasy football drafts.

As for his play this upcoming season, Kelce is hoping to have another monster year for the Chiefs and Mahomes. This team is favored to win the Super Bowl after losing the big game against the Bucs this past winter.

Kelce has been grinding like normal this offseason, and Mahomes is looking as strong as ever following his offseason foot surgery. The two will be putting on a show throughout training camp, with Week 1 right around the corner.

In two of the past three seasons, Kelce has recorded at least 100 receptions. Will he be able to eclipse the century mark in 2021? Chiefs supporters sure can’t wait to find out. Kelce looks in line to have a year to remember for the reigning AFC champs.
