Dallas Cowboys superstar wide receiver Amari Cooper is officially off the PUP list after he passed his physical this week.

This upcoming season has the makings to be a great one for the Dallas Cowboys. Not only is Dak Prescott back in action, but standout wideout Amari Cooper is fully healthy after dealing with an ankle injury of his own.

Back in January, the veteran receiver underwent surgery. Since then, he’s been busting his hump to make sure he’s all set for the 2021 campaign. Well, Cooper has passed his physical and he’s officially been taken off the PUP list. That’s golden news right there for head coach Mike McCarthy.

Amari Cooper is poised to have another strong year for the Cowboys

Ever since Cooper joined Dallas, he’s been nothing short of sensational. Remember when folks were blasting Jerry Jones for sending the Raiders a first-round pick in exchange for the speedster? That deal has proven to be gold for the Dallas offense.

In 2019, Cooper caught 79 balls for 1,189 yards and eight touchdowns. Last season, the 6-foot-1, 210-pounder posted 92 receptions for 1,114 yards and five scores. Remember, he did that with Prescott sidelined for the majority of the year due to his fractured ankle.

Come this season, Cooper is ready to have another year of at least 1,000 receiving yards. For Dallas as a whole, the team feels motivated to win the NFC East and try to make some magic happen in the playoffs.

This team will always be watched closely, as Cowboys haters are always out in full force ready to troll the squad. Prescott will hope to silence all the haters, while Cooper will be ready to showcase just how elite he can be with the ball in his hands. Cowboys fans can’t wait to see what the fellas can get done this season.
