8. Agiye Hall, WR, Alabama

Plenty of targets are opening up in the Alabama offense now that Heisman Trophy winner DeVonta Smith is on the Eagles and Jaylen Waddle is with the Dolphins. So as sophomore Bryce Young takes over the offense, he’s going to need someone other than John Metchie to catch passes for him consistently.

Ohio State transfer Jameson Williams should play a key part in that. Having said that, Agiye Hall is an incoming freshman that might step into the 1-2-3 punch with Metchie and Williams. A high 4-star recruit, Hall might not be the highest-rated recruit on the Crimson Tide roster as a freshman but he has already started turning some heads.

Hall really put himself on the map in the Alabama spring game when the young wideout looked like the best pass-catcher on the field at times, hauling in four receptions for 72 yards and racking up those numbers with highlight-reel grabs. It’s only a spring game but the 6-foot-3, 195-pounder looked like the goods.

Make no mistake, Metchie is the top target in the Crimson TIde offense while Williams is a proven commodity. But there is enough food to go around in this prolific attack and Hall has a terrific opportunity to step up and be that third target at wide receiver.
