At just 12 years old, Gavin Weir has the entire sports world talking. Safe to say he’ll be the coolest kid in school when he returns home to South Dakota.
Weir threw a no-hitter at the Little League World Series. The kid who was already getting noticed by baseball fans everywhere for his throwing motion — and his similarities to a young Chris Sale — threw a no-no in Williamsport on Wednesday afternoon.

The Sioux Falls ace already has MLB scouts talking, and has mowed down opposing hitters for arguably the most dominant LLWS in recent memory.

Lol Gavin Weir has a -1.64 FIP over his eight starts. He’s underperforming big time with his 0.00 ERA way above that

Imagine stepping into the batters’ box against this kid.
Weir is borderline unhittable every time out.
