Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes just showcased his new locker at Arrowhead and he couldn’t be happier about things.

Christmas in August for Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes? It sure appears to be that way. Over at Arrowhead Stadium, the Chiefs players have checked out the new locker room for the first time.

For Mahomes, he couldn’t be more jacked up for his new home inside the building. In a Twitter video posted on Thursday afternoon, No. 15 had a huge smile on his face showing fans his new locker.

Patrick Mahomes is absolutely loving the new locker room at Arrowhead Stadium

What’s this, a cameo from Chad Henne to make things even better? Yes indeed. This has to bring a smile to Chiefs fans’ faces. When Mahomes is lit up like this, you know it’s only going to push him to somehow play even better than what we’re used to seeing.

All in all, the morale for Kansas City couldn’t be higher right now. This team really is motivated to be the best team in the NFL this fall and winter. They’ve sure got the pieces to do so and get themselves back in the Super Bowl.

The team will open the season on Sept. 12 hosting Baker Mayfield and the Cleveland Browns. This will be a rematch of the Divisional Round showdown from last January, which Kansas City came out on top of despite Mahomes suffering his injury.

Once 2021 gets underway, Mahomes won’t waste any time in looking like on of the best players in the NFL. Before that opening kick for home games, he’ll have a sweet new locker room where he can get himself both mentally and physically prepared for action.
