Montrezl Harrell took to instagram to give parting words to the Lakers organization and the city of Los Angeles, but it looks like he was throwing a little shade while doing it.

Former Los Angeles Laker, Montrezl Harrell has finally packed his bags and he’s on his way to D.C. to join the Washington Wizards for the 2021-22 NBA season. While he was doing that, he took to instagram for one final send off. But it wasn’t without a little shade.

The now-Wizard took to his instagram story to give his final send off to the city of L.A. and show his gratitude. But that’s not all he had to say about his experience with the Lakers.

Montrezl Harrell tells fans he met some good people and some “people I should have never knew” while in Los Angeles

Harrell took to his Instagram to let out his feelings about his experience. While he got us in the first half with his sentiments, it wasn’t all good vibes. He goes on to say “I met some good people and met some people I wish I never knew.”

Well yikes. He has had feelings about his role, or lack thereof with the team recently, but has it really bled over to his outlook on his experience? Maybe, but maybe not.

For all we know, he could be talking about anything (plus he throws shade a lot) but sometimes you have to wonder with vague posts like this one how he felt about his time with L.A. Let’s hope he finds more fulfillment in his new home with the Wizards.
