Hurricanes troll Canadiens, Jesperi Kotkaniemi with series of tweets

The Carolina Hurricanes social media team has been on it today as they troll the Montreal Canadiens on their offer sheet for Jesperi Kotkaniemi. 

Sometimes revenge comes in a delayed fashion, and the troll train is much sweeter that way. A few years back, the Montreal Canadiens provided an offer sheet to Sebastian Aho a few years back. If you don’t know, the offer sheet was a waste of time, but it made for good entertainment.

With Montreal’s antics a few years back, the Carolina Hurricanes patiently waited for their moment. They just needed to strike at the right time, partnered with enough ammo to pull the perfect troll.

Now… the time has come.
