College GameDay will be in Ames on Saturday for the Iowa State vs. Iowa game from Jack Trice Stadium.

College GameDay will be in Ames, Iowa on Saturday for a top-10 battle to see whether Iowa State or Iowa will be hoisting the Cy-Hawk trophy at the end of the night.

The No. 9 Cyclones and No. 10 Hawkeyes will play at Jack Trice Stadium in Week 2 after not facing each other last season for the first time since 1977, so the environment will be electric. The Hawkeyes are reeling off of a 34-6 win over No. 17 Indiana, so the Cyclones will have to perform better than they did in Week 1 when they barely ousted Northern Iowa, 16-10.

Iowa enters Ames with a 45-22 advantage in head-to-head matchups and has won the past five games against Iowa State.

Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, David Pollack and Lee Corso will make their predictions in the last 10 minutes of the show. With the game taking place at Iowa State, expect an even split among the hosts.
