Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson fooled the entire Raiders defense on the way to his first touchdown of the season.

Jackson increased the Ravens lead to two touchdowns at the time.

Extending the play is a specialty of Jackson’s, and the Louisville product did just that on his way to his first of likely many scores on the season.

Jackson, who was initially flushed from the pocket and seemingly dead for rights, made several Raiders’ defensive ends miss and threw a touchdown pass to Hollywood Brown.

The Ravens are hoping the former first-round pick out of Oklahoma can serve as a No. 1 weapon for Jackson. The speedster hasn’t delivered so far, but perhaps some offseason work changed that. The connection certainly worked out on Monday night.

It helps to have a quarterback like Jackson capable of making plays like that. There are a lot of really talented QBs in the league, but very few of them can do what Jackson does. That’s what makes him such a special player.

The Raiders defense fell into a 14-point hole early, but the offense responded with a Josh Jacobs touchdown on the next drive.
