Week 1 of the fantasy football season is completed, and fantasy managers already have their eyes on their Week 2 matchup and the tough decisions that come with it.

Week 1 of the NFL season is always a magical thing, especially for fantasy players, who will either see their team live up to the expectations or see their Super Bowl hopes come crashing down.

One thing is for sure, fantasy managers are already looking towards their Week 2 matchups. One thing to always consider is a player’s matchup, as this can play a huge part in determining who to start or sit.

5. RB Leonard Fournette vs. Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons allowed 74 yards from the Eagles starting running back Miles Sanders in Week 1. Leonard Fournette should enjoy similar success against this team because the game script will be in his favor, and he should have a big leg up on Ronald Jones after Jones’ disappointing Week 1.

After Jones fumbled against the Cowboys, Fournette played nearly every down, including the passing game. This should allow Fournette to have a great game when you combine his likely volume with the easy matchup against the Falcons.

Fire Fournette up in one of your running back or FLEX spots. He’s still relatively cheap in DFS due to being stuck in a timeshare, so grabbing him in your daily lineups is a good move as well.
