Lamar Jackson will have at least two turnovers

As much as Mahomes enjoys playing the Ravens, Lamar Jackson is clearly not comfortable going against the Chiefs. He’s 0-3 against Mahomes and company, so he’ll welcome them to his field searching for a first-ever victory.

In his former appearances, he completed just 52 percent of his passes and managed just 170 yards per game. In his last two games against Kansas City, he’s thrown one touchdown pass and taken seven sacks. In 2020, he fumbled twice and didn’t hit 100 yards passing.

Monday night’s loss to Las Vegas was a surprise because of how good Jackson looked at first. He was throwing the ball perfectly, extending plays with his legs like you’d expect and making the Raiders’ defense look inept at times. And yet, when it came down to it he made mistakes at critical moments late in the game. His two fumbles were devastating.

Given his track record against the Chiefs, it’ll probably take Jackson more than one week to bounce back.
