5 bold predictions for Chiefs against the Ravens
Le’Veon Bell will score
Could this be a Le’Veon Bell revenge game?
The running back burned bridges when he said he’d never play for Andy Reid again. He was unhappy with his usage in 10 games for the Chiefs, including just one appearance in the playoffs.
Now, thanks to an injury crisis in Baltimore, he’s got the chance to face his former team on Sunday.
The first hurdle he needs to clear is getting on the active roster. The Ravens signed Bell and Devonta Freeman to their practice squad after losing JK Dobbins, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill to injuries. However, neither was called up for Monday Night Football.
There would seem to be room for Bell on the roster this week, so it’s possible he’ll make his Ravens debut. It would make sense to give him a shot in this game given the extra motivation.
If Baltimore gives Bell the ball around the goal line, you better believe he’ll find a way across it.
