3. Micah Parsons will notch 2 sacks

Shifting Parsons from his natural weakside linebacker spot to defensive end last week was both unfortunate and unfair to the young rookie. Luckily for the Cowboys, Parsons showed up with a really good effort on the edge despite his lack of familiarity with the role.

It’s natural to assume Parsons will feel even more comfortable as an edge rusher this week. His quickness will be a big problem for Philadelphia left tackle Jordan Mailata. Parsons is just too athletic for the Eagles’ front to handle.

That means the former Penn State standout will get one sack by hitting Hurts on a classic drop back. He’s going to add another sack by sprinting out to corral Hurts when he’s given the chance to break the pocket by either design or necessity.

Add it all up and the talented first-round draft pick is going to have a big day with a pair of sacks. There’s even a chance he can turn one of those sacks into a turnover if Hurts gets loose with the ball.
