2. Tony Pollard will get 8+ catches

Pollard exploded for Dallas on the ground for 109 yards on just 13 carries last week against Los Angeles. That won’t be enough to get him more carries than established star Ezekiel Elliott this week.

Instead, look for Pollard to become a more featured past of the Cowboys’ passing attack. The former Memphis star is at his best when he’s given the football with room to maneuver. That’s an easier objective to achieve on passing routes when compared to handing him the ball out of the backfield.

The end result will be Pollard flirting with 10 receptions on the night. The Eagles will be very aware of his presence on passing downs, but they don’t have the required personnel to stop him from hurting them on flair routes and an occasional wheel pattern.

Pollard won’t get to 100 receiving yards in this game, but eight catches for somewhere between 50 and 75 yards would represent a nice follow-up to last week’s breakout game. His role within the Dallas offense will continue to grow this season as long as he stays healthy.
