After recording a thrilling win over West Ham last weekend, Manchester United will return to Old Trafford to try and take down Aston Villa. 

What a roller coaster of emotions last week turned out to be for Manchester United. The English Premier League giants suffered an embarrassing Champions League loss to Young Boys, but followed things up with a heart-stopping win over West Ham during the weekend thanks to Jesse Lingard and David De Gea’s late heroics.

Now, the club is ready to take on Aston Villa at the Theatre of Dreams on Saturday. Will United be able to send the local fans home with a smile?

Sunday’s contest with West Ham indeed was incredible. After the Hammers jumped out to a 1-0 lead, Cristiano Ronaldo evened the score. Then Lingard score a late goal, while De Gea saved a penalty from Mark Noble to secure the three points for the visitors.

Aston Villa currently sits in 10th place of the EPL table with seven points. In the first five games of the campaign, Villa has two wins, one draw and two losses to its name. They’ll have quite the tall task in trying to steal three points away from United on Saturday.
