There are some Notre Dame football fans who may not be able to watch the Cincinnati game.

Despite it being one of the better games of the college season up to this point, there could be some Notre Dame football fans who may not be able to see the Cincinnati game on NBC this Saturday.

For those who watch Notre Dame play on YouTubeTV, you may be out of luck, because NBCUniversal is in the process of negotiating a new contract with the television provider. Their deal is set to expire at the end of September. With the game being played on Saturday, Oct. 2, those Notre Dame fans who watch them play on YouTubeTV may have to purchase Peacock to see their team.

If you got Peacock for the Week 2 game vs. Toledo that was exclusively shown on the streamer, you’re already set up.

While these sorts of negotiations happen all the time with television providers, this comes at an absolutely brutal time for some.

Not only is Notre Dame ranked No. 9 in the nation, but visiting Cincinnati is two spots better than the Irish at No. 7.

The winner of this game will have a great shot at making the New Year’s Six, possibly getting into the playoff if the winner goes undefeated.

YouTubeTV viewers better hope their beloved platform can strike a deal with NBC before midnight.
