4. Jameis Winston will not throw an interception

Last week, we accurately predicted that Winston would throw for over 200 yards against the Giants. He did so by completing 17-of-23 pass attempts for 226 yards and one touchdown. He did not throw a single interception, although some of his incompletions were far from accurate.

Winston having a favorable matchup against Washington’s pass defense is not something that anyone envisioned entering the season. Yet, the Football Team’s pass defense has been downright dreadful through four games this season. In fact, Washington allowed 283 yards and four touchdowns to Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan this past weekend.

Washington has allowed an average of 299.0 passing yards per game this season, which ranks as the fourth-highest in the NFL. Additionally, Washington has surrendered 10 passing touchdowns (tied for fourth-most) and only secured one interception thus far.

Given that the Football Team has only picked off the opposing quarterback once, we predict that Winston will not log an interception in Week 5.
