2. Russell Wilson

Another option would of course be Russell Wilson. It’s clear something just isn’t right between him, Pete Carroll and John Schneider. All summer, the Wilson trade rumors kept getting louder and louder.

Seahawks fans were bracing for the breaking news of a trade to arrive, but things never went down. However, could Wilson be traded after the 2021 campaign? This is something that could occur and Miami would also make sense.

With that said, the Dolphins would have to send Seattle multiple first-round picks for Wilson. He won’t be cheap, but when healthy, Wilson is among the elite quarterbacks in the NFL right now, no question.

He’s currently on Injured Reserve after undergoing thumb surgery, but Wilson has been on point this year. Before leaving the game last week against the LA Rams, Wilson had thrown for 1,196 yards, 10 touchdowns and only one interception. Miami supporters would lose their minds if Wilson started running the show.
