World Series champion Josh Reddick really doesn’t seem to care if you don’t like the Houston Astros.

The Houston Astros got busted for stealing signs in a less than legal manner a few years back. Ever since then, folks have been extraordinarily mad about the fact that they won a World Series, even to the point of buying into conspiracy theories. One member of that championship winning team certainly doesn’t seem to care if you don’t like the Astros though.

Georgia native and former member of the Astros, Josh Reddick took the opportunity to respond to a Deadspin tweet complaining that stated the “best” teams didn’t make it to the World Series this year.

It apparently doesn’t matter that this World Series is full of great storylines. Because it doesn’t feature the “best” teams from the regular season, it apparently stinks. Reddick, and a large group of others, seem to wholeheartedly disagree.

Josh Reddick won a World Series with the Houston Astros and doesn’t care about Houston’s haters

Including this year, Houston has made it to the World Series in three of the past five seasons. Pairing that sort of success with how the Braves are on a remarkable postseason run certainly makes this series a ton of fun to keep up with.

Who doesn’t love the matchup that features an overachieving underdog against a team that generally thrives each and every season?

That should be worth celebrating and enjoying.

Anyone who is letting their feelings against the Astros take away from an intriguing series should take a step and remind themselves of how much fun this series could be. Heck, Astros haters might even get more to celebrate should Atlanta win.

Of course, there’s always the chance that Houston wins and takes another championship home. Should that happen, folks like Reddick will have even more to celebrate. And they probably won’t care about how you feel about the Astros winning.
