Looking to Week 8 DFS, here’s a lineup you can deploy in FanDuel NFL Sunday main slate contests.

The Week 7 “bye-pocalypse” for fantasy football managers is over. Not only is the nightmare over in season-long leagues, there are now more options to fill out Week 8 FanDuel lineups.

As usual, this week’s lineup is for Sunday main slate contests on FanDuel. And also as usual, I’ll be using this lineup in a contest. Call it “putting my money where my mouth is”, if that matters to you. But if you lose using this lineup, whatever the entry fee, I will lose too, whatever the entry fee.

Without further ado, here’s a lineup to use on FanDuel for Week 8 and hopefully rake in some dough.

FanDuel NFL: Best lineup for Week 8

Quarterback: Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams at Houston Texans-$8,200

Stafford is on fire so far this year, with multiple touchdown passes in six of seven games and 365 yards through the air in the one he didn’t.

In Week 8 Stafford gets the Houston Texans, who are in the bottom-10 of the league in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks. That is despite being toward the bottom in pass attempts against (30.7 per game). Four rushing touchdowns allowed to the position has been a factor. That’s obviously not Stafford’s game, but that’s a moot point here.

Don’t fear the idea the Rams will beat the Texans handily on Sunday. In a 38-11 win over the New York Giants in Week 6, Stafford only needed 28 pass attempts to throw for 251 yards and four touchdowns–and he even had 12 rushing yards in that game.

Stafford combines a nice floor with a ceiling that isn’t rivaled greatly among Sunday main slate quarterbacks on FanDuel his week.
