Tight End: Hunter Henry, New England Patriots at Los Angeles Chargers-$5,500

Henry has a revenge game angle on Sunday, as he spent his first five seasons with the Chargers. But he has also scored in four straight games, as fellow well-paid tight end Jonnu Smith has faded from the picture a bit and is now injured (shoulder).

It also happens to be a great matchup for Henry in Week 8. The Chargers come out of their Week 7 bye allowing the most fantasy points per game to tight ends (Yahoo!, 0.5-point PPR), including the sixth-most raw receiving yards and the second-most touchdowns to the position (despite playing one fewer game than most of the teams among the most generous in those categories).

The Patriots still lack consistent production from most of their wide receivers. That lines up the tight ends and running backs for some target volume in what could be a pass-heavy game for New England. A possible negative game script, being the only fully healthy Patriots tight end and a great matchup. It wasn’t hard to target Henry as my FanDuel tight end this week.
