Fantasy Football: 5 bold predictions for Week 8

Bold Prediction #1: Jerry Jeudy goes off in first week back
The Denver Broncos have been without star wide receiver Jerry Jeudy since a serious ankle injury in Week 1. The injury looked really bad, and it could have been a season ender if it caused just a little more damage. However, Jeudy escaped with just seven weeks off, and now he is ready to return to the field.
And what a matchup he’s coming back to. The Broncos are facing the defense of the Washington Football Team. They’ve been the worst defense when it comes to stopping opposing quarterbacks in the league. The Washington Football team also allows the second-most points to wide receivers.
The Broncos’ offense has been sputtering as of late. Teddy Bridgewater did have 334 yards and three touchdowns two weeks ago, but he only had 187 in a game they had to have last week against the Cleveland Browns. They’ve desperately needed someone like Jeudy on the field to help them win the game. Now he’s back on the field ready to make an impact.
Before Jeudy went down, he already caught six passes for 72 yards. It was clear he was primed for a breakout year. Now, he can continue his projection, and if he’s available on waivers, run to go get him now. He’s going to be a league winner if he stays healthy.
