The weather for Game 3 of the World Series is absolutely miserable, but the Braves and Astros are suffering through it.

Pursuit of a World Series will make players do crazy things, including playing nine innings of intense baseball in rain and wind. Friday night is surely testing them.

FanSided’s own Robert Murray is at the game, and can self-report that the temperatures are sub-50’s, along with wind and rain. We wish him the best in his endeavors.

Heading into Game 3 tied at one game apiece, weather is surely the least of the players’ concerns, as this is still anyone’s series.

Temp at World Series tonight

A basic google search suggests the weather is upwards of 50 degrees on Friday night, with the likelihood of decreasing as we head further into the game. The rain and wind won’t stop either, unfortunately for the players and media.

Ian Anderson and Luis Garcia, two rookies, took the bump for Game 3. Surprisingly enough, they were effective early, though it’s unknown how the weather will impact them moving forward.

Our own Alicia de Artola reported that a rain delay could be possible before first pitch and moving forward given the forecast:

"“The forecast for Atlanta on Friday night calls for a chance of light rain throughout the evening. Ahead of the first pitch, the weather was bad enough for a tarp to go back on over the field less than an hour after it had been removed.”"

Hopefully, the rain will hold off until after the game.

The temperature for Game 4 is supposed to be low 50’s.
