Pete Davidson and the team over at Saturday Night Live stole the show this weekend in mocking Aaron Rodgers for his COVID interview.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has lost countless fans this week. In the middle of his coronavirus drama, Rodgers made things even worse for himself in the eyes of many following his interview with Pat McAfee.

Rodgers tried defending his decision to not get vaccinated, and folks all over the country have been blasting him for it. Well, Saturday Night Live decided to take advantage of Rodgers’ situation, as they mocked the heck out of the signal-caller over the weekend.

SNL Aaron Rodgers skit has people all over the country talking

With Pete Davidson in his best Rodgers’ costume, the popular comedian didn’t disappoint with his performance. As soon as the show went live and Davidson took center state as Rodgers, Twitter exploded with all kind of reactions.

For Rodgers, his Twitter mentions aren’t going to be something he’s going to want to take a look at in the near future. People really are roasting him. With Rodgers testing positive for COVID-19 and being unvaccinated, he’ll be away from the Packers until at least Nov. 13.

That of course means he’ll miss the highly-anticipated showdown on Sunday between the Packers and Kansas City Chiefs. Fans were jacked up to watch Rodgers and Patrick Mahomes try and put on a show, but instead it will be Jordan Love who gets the start for the Packers.

Rodgers will now have to test negative and hope he can get back on the field for next week’s game. Whenever he does meet with the Green Bay media, it’s sure to be a memorable press conference. You already know the folks over at SNL will be watching.
