RB #1: Najee Harris, Pittsburg Steelers ($7,900)

Najee Harris has been nothing short of a fantasy stud so far in his rookie season. He’s the overall RB4 in PPR leagues on the year, and his 150 carries and 40 catches on the year have him ranked second in running back touches behind Derrick Henry. Needless to say, he’s a weekly RB1 in fantasy football.

Harris was mentioned in our best Week 10 matchups article as having one of the best matchups of the week against the Detroit Lions. The Lions are 31st just behind the Jets in fantasy points allowed to the running back position on the year. This is a golden opportunity to secure what may be this week’s top back and have him lead our lineup.

Harris is in play for the top spot in running back finishes this week, and he’ll pace our lineup with a floor that is all but guaranteed against a bad Lions defense.

RB #2: Aaron Jones, Green Bay Packers ($6,900)

Aaron Jones was also mentioned in our best matchups article, as he gets the Seahawks who are ranked 29th in fantasy points allowed to running backs. Plus, Jones gets Aaron Rodgers back this week which should steer the ship that is this Packers offense, as things were looking grim for them last week with Jordan Love at the helm.

Jones has out-caught A.J. Dillon 33-10 with Rodgers in the lineup, so it’s clear that Rodgers trusts him in the passing game. If Jones can hold off the nagging involvement of Dillion, he’ll push for top-five running back numbers this week, and there’s a good chance we could have the top two backs of the week in our lineup.
