18. Wisconsin Badgers

The Badgers are suddenly a wagon. Wisconsin won its sixth straight game dismantling Northwestern and is in the driver’s seat to win the Big Ten West. One has to wonder where these Badgers were the first four weeks of the season.

Regardless, the Badgers should see a little bump in the AP rankings because of it. Give them the nod over Iowa due to head-to-head play, but it will be interesting to see if Wisconsin’s streak can stretch over the final two weeks.

17. Houston Cougars

Houston continues to roll. The Cougars went on the road and dispatched of Temple as it moved to 9-and-1 on the season. The Cougars are staring down an 11-win regular season and another successful season.

Houston is technically ahead of Cincinnati in the AAC standings right now due to the Bearcats being on the bye. The Cougars will look to pick up their 10th win of the season when they host Memphis on Friday night.
