Lee Corso is one of the main draws of College GameDay with his iconic headgear pick. College football fans had some thoughts on his performance this week.

Another college football Saturday means another edition of College GameDay for fans to enjoy.

This time broadcasting from The Grove at Ole Miss, the GameDay crew donned bowties and wore their Saturday best and drank Hotty Toddys.

As often happens on Saturday mornings, Lee Corso was the subject of his share of the discussion.

But who did he actually choose?

He threw on the Ole Miss powder blue helmet.

Even before the show began, Kirk Herbstreit posted a video to warm the hearts of fans who love Corso.

Cincinnati fans, who loved hearing Corso put them at No. 3 last week, weren’t so pleased this week.

He may have also pissed off some Aggie and Crimson Tide fans.

Still, fans continue to have mixed feelings about Corso, who is beloved but also past his prime.

Corso is 86 years old and suffered a stroke more than a decade ago, so it’s pretty incredible he’s still able to manage the GameDay slate. Even if it’s not the same experience as it used to be, you’ve got to enjoy him while he’s there.
