Odell Beckham Jr. is readying to make his Rams debut but the wide receiver is throwing it back to his LSU days with his number in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Rams getting Odell Beckham Jr. couldn’t have been more fortunately timed for the franchise that’s eyeing a run to the top of the NFC this season.

Not only is signing a highly talented, albeit mercurial, wide receiver a boost to the offense in the first year with Matthew Stafford at the helm, but the team also lost veteran wideout Robert Woods on Friday for the rest of the year after he suffered a torn ACL in practice.

But fear not because Odell Beckham Jr. is in Los Angeles and suiting up to get ready to play. And the first look at the wide receiver in a Rams uniform should get fans extremely hyped.

What number is Odell Beckham Jr. wearing with Rams?

Odell Beckham Jr. is, as you can see above, wearing No. 3 with the Rams. That’s not by chance either as the high-profile wide receiver is throwing it back to his LSU days in college football.

The Rams are also hoping that Beckham can revert back to the form he showed when he came out of LSU and into the NFL as well.

Throughout his time in Cleveland and even late in his tenure with the New York Giants, Beckham failed to showcase the skills that made him a bonafide NFL superstar. Part of that, at least of late, has been due to injuries as he’s currently dealing with a number of shoulder ailments.

With that being said, putting him in a Sean McVay offense with opportunities abound now that Woods is out should put Beckham in the best possible spot to succeed.
