29. State Farm Stadium (Arizona Cardinals)

It’s time to get into by far the worst dome in the NFL. Now, this isn’t so much about the design of the stadium, although that is bad too. No, this, maybe more than any other stadium in the NFL, is about the field.

The turf is an eyesore on TV. It’s a lighter green color with an odd yellow tint to it. It’s just too bright and strange. Oddly enough, though, the stadium atmosphere itself is incredibly depressing. It looks dark throughout games. The stadium’s entire vibe feels like a billionaire found a big abandoned building and refurbished it, but forgot to address the punk-rock music video lighting.

The end zones are also a big let down. What ever happened to fun, colored end zones? Why do so many teams insist on plain turf end zones with the team name written in them? Arizona does this as bad as anyone.

The overall exterior design is bad, as well. It’s a big, white dome- it looks like Lightning McQueen’s tires when he got a makeover in Radiator Springs.

Their saving grace is that at least they have Kyler Murray and are fun to watch. That said, when their Week 1 starters were the likes of John Skelton and Kevin Kolb, there wasn’t a sadder place west of the Mississippi.
