New York Giants offensive tackle Andrew Thomas caught a touchdown pass on Monday night, and Peyton Manning loved it.

The New York Giants were looking to be the second NFC East team this season to defeat the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. For them to do so, they would have to pull out all of the stops.

After Adoree’ Jackson intercepted a Tom Brady pass in the second quarter, the Giants tied things up at 10-points apiece after quarterback Daniel Jones threw a touchdown pass to…left tackle Andrew Thomas! It was a big man touchdown.

Over on the ManningCast, and Peyton Manning nearly lost his mind while in the middle of an interview with actor and comedian Kevin Hart.

Andrew Thomas scores a big man touchdown for Giants

Who does not love a big man touchdown?

This was a historic occasion for the Giants, as Thomas is the first offensive lineman to score a touchdown since Carl Fennema did so back in 1948!

Last season, Thomas caught a pass in the end zone from Jones for a successful two-point conversion attempt against the Dallas Cowboys.

Thomas was just activated from the injured reserve on Monday after missing the past three games due to an ankle injury. As evidenced by this touchdown reception, his ankle appears to be just fine.
