The Arkansas football team is projected to take its 8-4 record to the Queen City for its bowl game against North Carolina in Duke’s Mayo Bowl.

2021 has been a phenomenal year for Razorbacks fans and Sam Pittman’s Arkansas football program.

The Hogs are only two years removed from not winning any SEC games. Now, they are 8-4 on the season, ranked inside of the top 25, slaughtered cross-divisional rival Mizzou and are heading to a pretty good bowl game.

Though their bowl destination may not be in a particularly warm part of the country, the Hogs should have an absolute blast taking part in all the festivities Charlotte, North Carolina has to offer them.

Arkansas bowl projections: Razorbacks vs. North Carolina in Duke’s Mayo Bowl

Brett McMurphy of The Action Network has Arkansas playing the North Carolina Tar Heels in the 2021 Duke’s Mayo Bowl at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina on Dec. 30.

While this was a season of major disappointment for Mack Brown’s Tar Heels program, this was a year of great promise and execution for Pittman’s bunch.

Not only did the Razorbacks prove to themselves they can hang with anyone in SEC play, but they showed they are back to playing great football under their excellent head coach. 10 wins should be their goal for next season.

Arkansas will finish the season ranked if the Hogs win their bowl game.
