It’s Thanksgiving Week in the NFL, and many of us are going to be reacting to how Thursday’s games treated our teams. These running backs will be able to get you back on track.

Thanksgiving is a wonderful holiday that’s full of family, food, and most importantly football. Many of us spent half of the holiday on our phones to see how Ezekiel Elliott’s touchdown impacted our teams or what it cost us when we started Andy Dalton over our normal starting quarterback because he was facing the Lions. Speaking of the Lions, those who started D’Andre Swift were not happy with his inability to stay healthy. Now that we have to face the consequences of our actions on Thursday, it’s time to look ahead to Sunday’s fantasy football lineup.

The running back position is getting back to where it was near the beginning of the season. Nick Chubb, Kareem Hunt, Saquon Barkley, James Robinson, Cordarrelle Patterson, Damien Harris, and Miles Sanders are all coming back from recent injuries. That doesn’t mean the position is fully healthy. Not by a long shot. Obviously, Derrick Henry is still out. Now, Alvin Kamara is out, and his backup Mark Ingram has been ruled out for the game. Aaron Jones is out for another week, and Michael Carter was ruled out for Week 12. With so many moving parts at the running back position, it’s going to be difficult to find a leg up. There are still some options across the board.

10. James Robinson – Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars offense has been one of the most inconsistent units in the NFL. One week, they will look like they are building something. The next week, it looks like something out of a horror movie. The key to driving the Jaguars’ offense is James Robinson. If the engine in the backfield of the offense is running, then the offense is running up the field.

This week, the Jaguars are taking on the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons are straight-up bad against running backs. They allow more than 27 points per game to the running back position, the fourth-worst in the NFL when it comes to fantasy points. Robinson should have an easy time cutting through this defense, even behind his offensive line.
