The Ohio State Buckeyes suffered a humbling loss to Michigan with players like C.J. Stroud, Chris Olave and Bryson Shaw vowing to use it as motivation.

Stroud also revealed that he lost his voice and has been sick all week. He still put the focus on the future.

“Just know that I love this team, I love Ohio State and I love Buckeye Nation, and I’m gonna keep grinding every day to get this win back,” Stroud said.

Safety Bryson Shaw vowed to use the loss as motivation.

“This is gonna leave a bad taste in our mouth,” Shaw said. “I know it’s gonna motivate me and this team 1,000 times more in the offseason…It’s embarrassing.”

The Buckeyes can still look forward to a bowl appearance but there will always be the sense of “what if.” All they can do now is get ready for what comes next.
