6. Van Jefferson, Los Angeles Rams

In the Rams’ first game without Robert Woods and with Odell Beckham Jr., Van Jefferson caught 3-of-7 targets for 54 yards. Granted, their entire game plan was altered when the 49ers imposed their will on the ground. Jefferson was still able to see action, however.

Beckham Jr. will probably command more snaps and increased production coming out of the bye week, but the Rams are always running three wide receiver sets, meaning Jefferson won’t come off the field much. In what will be a competitive game, this is good for Jefferson.

5. Brandon Aiyuk, San Francisco 49ers

Brandon Aiyuk has been slowly becoming a larger part of the 49ers’ passing attack, seeing no less than four targets in the last four weeks. Last week, he caught all seven of his targets for 85 yards and a touchdown.

This week, the 49ers take on the Minnesota Vikings, who are the 21st-ranked pass defense. Aiyuk should continue to see a lot of work as he’s finally appeared to have found his footing in this offense. He’s a solid WR2 this week.
