Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald is under fire for a replay that appears to show him choking a Packers lineman.

The Packers defeated the Rams on Sunday afternoon in a test of two of the best teams in the NFC. Green Bay has separated itself from the competition in that regard, beating the Rams this past week, and the Cardinals WITH Kyler Murray.

However, in the midst of their victory, Green Bay nearly suffered a catastrophic loss along the offensive line. Lucas Patrick, and offensive lineman for the Packers, got into a bit of verbal warfare with Donald throughout the game. Eventually, the Defensive Player of the Year candidate had enough, and took matters into his own hands.

The NFL might give Donald a phone call at the very least should this replay hold up in their eyes.

Packers defeat Rams and get last laugh

Even with Aaron Rodgers’ broken toe, and Aaron Jones coming back from injury, the Packers were able to move the ball down the field with ease. Rodgers, for one, was questionable all week with his toe injury.

Playing with a broken toe — especially the pinky toe — is especially tough given it rubs up against the end of a football cleat. Rodgers surely needs the upcoming by week to stay off his feet and hopefully heal up for the Packers’ sake. Their season rests on the right arm, and in this case pinky toe, of No. 12.

Next. Packers are the best team in the NFC, and it’s not close. dark
