The fantasy postseason is rapidly approaching, and exploiting good matchups can help you win crucial games. These guys have upside to outperform their rank.

Great players with great matchups usually leads to great things for your fantasy lineup. With the postseason approaching, you need a lot of great things to ensure your spot. Exploiting good matchups can go a long way in helping you get there.

These guys have the upside this week to do even better than usual due to a favorable matchup. Let’s get into it.

Best fantasy football matchups for Week 14

5. Chuba Hubbard, Carolina Panthers (vs. ATL)

Chuba Hubbard acted as a three-down workhorse for Carolina when fellow running mate Christian McCaffrey was injured earlier in the year. Now, he gets another chance to do that again with McCaffrey landing on injured reserve yet again, which will end his season.

Hubbard’s matchup this week is mouthwatering for fantasy managers that have him. Atlanta has the 11th-worst run defense in the NFL, and allows the eighth-most fantasy points to running backs on the year.

Those two numbers, combined with Hubbard’s likely workhorse role makes him a top-20 running back play this week with the potential for way more. He’s a solid start in regular leagues and a good second-tier play in daily fantasy leagues.
