The Dallas Cowboys scored an early win over the Washington Football Team on Sunday by flying in their own benches to FedEx Field.Â
If you want to talk about a serious power move, Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys did just that prior to their showdown with the Washington Football Team on Sunday. That’s because they flew in their own benches to be used for their Week 14 tilt? You better believe it.
Dallas apparently got word from the Seattle Seahawks that their hotseat benches kept malfunctioning when they took on the WFT. So, the Cowboys decided to take matters into their own hands.
Here's the deal on the Cowboys' benches today: Cowboys got word from Seattle that the hotseat benches provided for them at FedEx Field kept going out during the game. Cowboys partnered with company in Cleveland that shipped them to FedEx Field so wouldn't be an issue today.

Dallas flying in their own benches sent quite the message to Washington
This goes ahead and tells you that the Cowboys weren’t going to take any chances here with the hotseat benches, but also that they weren’t going to allow Washington to try and take advantage of some head games in this case.
As if the #Cowboys couldn’t be any more contemptible, they flew in their own sideline benches for the game … first time and only team that’s ever done that at FedEx … wild #WashingtonFootball pic.twitter.com/Qu46kPmP5P

This contest has some serious implications, as Washington is 6-6 on the year following their upset road win against Las Vegas last week, while Dallas is 8-4. With a win on Sunday against the Cowboys, Washington could really make the NFC East race quite interesting with only a few weeks of the season left.
Folks across the country can’t wait for these two rivals to go at it. Whenever Dallas and Washington meet, you already know there’s going to be plenty of drama. The same will be the case for this contest.
Dak Prescott, Zeke Elliott and others will be ready to take down Washington, but Taylor Heineke, Antonio Gibson and Co. have other ideas. Now, this whole benches fiasco is only going to spice things up even more. This is going to be a battle.
