Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was knocked from the game, and carted to the locker room with an ankle injury against the Browns
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson went down Sunday afternoon in a pivotal AFC North contest against the Cleveland Browns.
Jackson, on the first play from scrimmage in the second quarter, rolled out attempting to pass to Ravens tight end Mark Andrews, when his ankle was rolled up on by Browns rookie linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah.

Shortly after the play, Jackson hobbled into the medical tent prior to being carted to the locker room.
Officially, Jackson is out for the game.
Why is Lamar Jackson out of the game?
At the time of his injury, Jackson completed all four of his passing attempts for 17 yards, while adding one carry for five yards.
Sunday was a critical contest to the Ravens’ hopes of winning the AFC North, one week after losing to the division-rival Steelers in Pittsburgh. But, with Jackson off the field, and points seemingly at a premium in a game the Ravens trail, Baltimore’s postseason hopes could be on life support.
