Chicago Bears star pass-rusher Robert Quinn mocking Green Bay Packers MVP quarterback Aaron Rodgers’ belt celebration was a GOB Bluth huge mistake from the moment he first put his hands on his hips.

Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers still own Robert Quinn and the rest of the Chicago Bears.

Green Bay improved to 10-3 on the year by outscoring Chicago 24-3 in the second half to win convincingly, 45-30. The Packers have yet to lose a game at Lambeau Field this year and will have the NFC North wrapped presumably by this time next week. By completing the season sweep of the lowly Bears, Green Bay may have put one more nail in the coffin of Matt Nagy’s Chicago run.

The Bears are still technically alive for the NFC playoffs, but sitting at 4-9 is not one bit promising.

Robert Quinn mocked Aaron Rodgers’ celebration move prematurely

While Justin Fields played well at times in this game, it is season over in Chicago and everybody knows it. Though players like Quinn still have plenty to play for, it was a foregone conclusion Rodgers and the Packers would find a way to get back in this game down early in the first half. The sooner the Bears can clean house, the better. Unfortunately, the Bears don’t fire people in-season.

Ultimately, it is a good thing the Bears lost this game. It should serve as a reminder of where they stand in the NFC North hierarchy. Are they as bad as the Detroit Lions? No, but this franchise needs to stop living in the past and pursue the type of excellence the Packers have demonstrated for the better part of 30 years. Fields can stay, but pretty much everybody else needs to go now.
