Penguins vs Flyers NHL live stream reddit: How to watch ESPN+
By Mark Powell
The Pittsburgh Penguins take on the Philadelphia Flyers Thursday night, in hopes of extending their win streak to 10 games.
The Penguins defeated the St. Louis Blues on Wednesday night, 5-3, via a thrilling third period. Pittsburgh has been playing tremendous hockey of late, improving their standing in the Metropolitan Division after a slow start to the season.
The Pens currently sit in fourth place in the Metro, 11 points ahead of the fifth-place Flyers.
Nonetheless, a rivalry matchup on the second night of a back-to-back is sure to be a tough draw for the Penguins, who after an emotional win have to travel across the state to play a Flyers team that’s lost three straight games.
A win over their in-state rival could make a big difference in what’s been a tough NHL season, marred by COVID-19 and an in-season break in action.

The NHL has been met with some resistance in their deal with ESPN, in part because of the blackouts locally on ESPN+ broadcasts. Fans haven’t yet completely bought into the subscription-based model that ESPN promotes for their NHL coverage. Surely, that will change as fans become more adjusted to the idea.
