Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills just crushed the New England Patriots. Are the Bills the AFC team to beat this season?

The Buffalo Bills absolutely thrashed the New England Patriots, beating Bill Belichick and company seemingly with ease. Buffalo looked unstoppable as it faced off against New England and now it appears as if the Bills are going to be tough to stop. Is there anyone in the AFC that could really surpass Buffalo right now?

The Bills, when they’re playing like this, are tough to rival. Buffalo isn’t perfect, as was noticed in the regular season, but this team has an absurdly high ceiling.

This sort of dominant win isn’t irregular for the Bills. During the regular season, Buffalo would regularly dismantle teams and win by large margins fairly often. The Bills outscored their regular-season foes by 194 points, the largest net point differential in the NFL this season.

The Bills are really, really good. And that begs the question, can anyone keep up with Buffalo in the playoffs this year?

NFL Playoffs: Can anyone in the AFC stop the Buffalo Bills?

The Kansas City Chiefs are probably the biggest threat to Buffalo right now. Patrick Mahomes is a generational talent and he’s surrounded by stars. The Tennessee Titans have home-field advantage all the way up to the Super Bowl, assuming they keep winning. That, along with the Titans’ defense, are two things that nobody can afford to dismiss here.

As for the Cincinnati Bengals, they seem like a bit of a wild card here. Cincinnati has a really talented roster, but it’s young. That said, they could certainly catch the Bills (or any opponent) off guard.

If the Bills can continue to play at this level against future competition, then they’ve got a great shot at making it to the Super Bowl this season. The Chiefs and Titans might be tough, but the Bills sure look ready for whatever test they’ll get this year.
