The San Francisco 49ers are advancing on in the NFL Playoffs? What’s next for Jimmy Garoppolo and company after beating the Green Bay Packers?

Well, that was a pretty fun way to win.

The San Francisco 49ers just beat the Green Bay Packers thanks to some of the most entertaining final few minutes an NFL playoff game has had in quite some time. The 49ers needed a bit of a miracle late while trailing the Packers and they actually got one.

While down 10-3 with less than five minutes left on the game clock, the 49ers shocked everyone and blocked a punt, returned it for a touchdown, and tied things up at 10-10.

San Francisco was then able to slow the Packers offense down and then get the ball back with enough time to drive down the field and set up for a 45-yard field goal attempt that Robbie Gould sent through the uprights.

And now, with a 13-10 win over the Packers, the 49ers are headed on to the NFC Championship Game.

The 49ers don’t actually have their opponent set just yet. There are two teams that will be vying for that other spot in the NFC Championship Game and their contest will be played out Sunday afternoon.

In Florida, far away from the cold of the Midwest that the 49ers and Packers just played in, Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams will face off against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Whichever team wins between the Rams and Buccaneers will head on to face the 49ers in the NFC Championship Game.
