49ers radio call of blocked punt touchdown will have fans hyped for days

The San Francisco 49ers needed a huge play and that’s exactly what they got when they blocked the Green Bay Packers’ punt. 

With what may have been the best play of the NFL Playoffs so far, the San Francisco 49ers quickly got right back into the game against the Green Bay Packers. Despite not having anything going their way for much of the game, the 49ers tied things up late in the fourth quarter thanks to some special teams magic.

Down 10-3 with just a handful of minutes left in the fourth, San Francisco snuck through and blocked a punt, scooped the ball up, and scooted on into the end zone, tying it all up at 10-10 with the extra point attempt going through the uprights.

You absolutely must experience this play as it happened and was called by the 49ers radio crew. It’s phenomenal.

The whole play is just a joy to watch and it was definitely something that came out of nowhere.

The play is so incredible and so very pivotal. The Packers are used to playing in these conditions. They’re at home and have a rowdy crowd backing them. San Francisco hasn’t been able to do anything on offense all night. And all it took was one play to get things tied up.

Just incredible.

Now the folks on Twitter are sounding off. It was an absurd play and an absurd moment. It certainly wasn’t anything anyone could have ever expected.

This moment was bizarre and it’s something that has been a true gamechanger for the 49ers. Now they have a very real shot at winning and advancing on.

If the 49ers are able to win, this moment is the reason why. San Francisco fans are almost certainly having heart attacks right now. Green Bay fans probably aren’t all that thrilled. Everyone else just seems super impressed.
