Following the loss to the Rams on Sunday, could Tom Brady end up retiring from football to spend more time with his family?

Despite playing at an incredibly high level this season, the retirement rumors are heating up for Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady. Despite being 44 years old, it’s clear Brady can still throw the ball around like a total stud.

With that said, Brady has his wife and kids at home and the idea of spending more time with them has certainly crossed his mind. Will that lead to him hanging up his cleats for good this offseason? Fans believe that’s going to end up happening.

Tom Brady’s latest quote has people convinced he’ll retire

Obviously, Brady still has plenty of hunger to play the game and try and win another Super Bowl. However, he understands too that he’s missing plenty of big moments with his family by suiting up for the Bucs. At the end of the day, he’s in his mid-40s too and the pain from each hit is getting worse and worse for him.

Brady will take his time this offseason before making a decision, with millions across the world waiting patiently to see what he decides. If this is the end of the road for Brady, he’ll go down as the best player the NFL has ever seen. He’s got seven Super Bowl rings to his name, winning six with the Patriots and one with the Bucs last season.

He’ll be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame soon enough, where people will be able to honor him forever over in Canton. Should Brady return to Tampa Bay for one more campaign, though, the Bucs would of course be considered among the favorites to win the Super Bowl in February of 2023.
