On paper, Liverpool is considered the favorite here, as Jurgen Klopp’s men are in the middle of another brilliant campaign. Thanks to a recent hot streak, plus Tottenham taking down Manchester City recently, LFC is right back in the title race.

Meanwhile for Chelsea, this team is fresh off winning the FIFA Club World Cup earlier this month. No one has forgotten about them capturing the Champions League glory either last spring. Thomas Tuchel’s players will be ready to try and add to the trophy collection, but Liverpool will surely have something to say about that when they meet at Wembley.

Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, Diogo Jota, Trent Alexander-Arnold and others will be fired up to try and find the back of the net against the Chelsea defense. On the other side of things, the pressure will be on for CFC to match Liverpool’s intensity. This really should be a fantastic contest.
