Manchester City just dominated Manchester United in a 4-1 Derby win on Sunday at the Etihad Stadium.

Manchester is blue, with Man City leaving no doubt about that on Sunday. The Premier League leaders cruised to a 4-1 win over Manchester United at the Etihad, with Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez both scoring two goals.

With that victory, City is now at 69 points, six clear of No. 2 Liverpool. Don’t forget that LFC has a game in hand, so this title race really is pretty darn tight. In the win over MUFC, which players stood out for City?

Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez dazzled for Manchester City

It goes without saying, but perfect 10s are going to De Bruyne and Mahrez, as they powered MCFC to the three points here. De Bruyne was superb in the first half, opening the scoring with a great finish. After Jadon Sancho tied things up at 1-1, KDB gave City the lead back with another great shot.

As for Mahrez, both his goals came in the second half, putting Man City up 3-1, then closing the scoring at 4-1. Mahrez’s first goal came off a corner kick, with him blasting an unreal delivery past a diving David De Gea. His second goal was a rocket too.

Don’t forget about Phil Foden, as he’s getting a nine for his showing. The speedy winger was blazing down the pitch with consistency, regularly giving problems to the United defense. Foden continued his unreal season.

Next up for Man City is a Champions League showdown next week against Sporting Lisbon. MCFC holds a 5-0 aggregate advantage heading into that meeting, as they have basically locked up a trip to the quarterfinals. Fans are hopeful Pep Guardiola’s men can bring home both the Champions League and EPL crowns this spring.
