2022 NFL Mock Draft: Seahawks draft quarterback to replace Russell Wilson

The Arizona Cardinals may not have clarity as to what Kyler Murray’s issues are with the team, but they did lock up their general manager and head coach to long-term deals. The Murray issue should work itself out, as he appears committed to the team, but they have a lot of roster issues to deal with moving forward.
One big issue is in the secondary, and despite the team trying to revamp the defensive backfield the past few seasons, problems at cornerback remain. That makes Trent McDuffie from Washington an excellent choice here at No. 23 overall, especially in a division bolstering Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams passing game.
The biggest soap opera in the NFL is the Dallas Cowboys, who are seriously loaded with talent on both sides of the ball but can never seem to make a legitimate run through the playoffs. Quarterback Dak Prescott seems to be good enough to win a title, and they have playmakers at running back and wide receiver, but they cannot seem to put it all together.
On defense, they still need help along the defensive line as well, and they get some in the player of Oklahoma’s Perrion Winfrey. This is a player who should be able to dominate right away at the next level, and in a very winnable NFC East, the Cowboys will look to be a rare repeat division champ next season.
One of the more exciting teams in the NFL this past season was the Buffalo Bills, who many felt could represent the AFC in the Super Bowl. Unfortunately, the Bills fell a bit short in the playoffs but based on the roster, they are not going anywhere any time soon.
Picking this late in round one, the Bills will have to figure out what path to take, but if Andrew Booth Jr. is still available, they have to go, cornerback. This is a position group they have issues at right now as well, making Booth a steal for them at pick No. 25 overall.
