For one final time, Mike Krzyzewski will lead the Duke basketball team as it heads in the NCAA Tournament. Here’s how Blue Devils fans are reacting to the bracket.

Things have been messy for the Duke Blue Devils in recent weeks. While Duke has shown how good it can be through much of the season, the Blue Devils have also fallen short at various moments in recent games.

Duke crumbled in Mike Krzyzewski’s final home game as the North Carolina Tar Heels spoiled his last game in Cameron Indoor Stadium.

Saturday evening, Duke completely embarrassed itself as the Virginia Tech Hokies ended up winning the ACC Tournament Championship. The Hokies were able to beat the Blue Devils by 15 points, which spoiled Coach K’s last game in the ACC Tournament.

But now the NCAA Tournament bracket is here. Maybe this will be a little better for Krzyzewski’s Duke basketball team?

All things considered, the Blue Devils got a pretty favorable spot in the NCAA Tournament. While there are opportunities for things to get rough later down the line, this is a pretty solid spot for Duke to start.

Here’s how Duke fans are reacting to the bracket.

Duke basketball fans react as Blue Devils make 2022 NCAA Tournament as No. 2 seed in the West

There are worse spots that Duke could potentially be in. Assuming the Blue Devils handle business to get the tournament started, there’s a chance that things could get challenging later in the tournament. But those are problems for another day.

The Blue Devils may or may not deserve the No. 2 seed in the West. It looks like some Duke basketball fans won’t exactly fight anyone who argues that someone else is more deserving of that particular spot in the tournament.

Of course, Duke fans aren’t exactly upset about that seeding either.
