The Green Bay Packers have to reset their receiving corps after trading Davante Adams to the Raiders. Who is available to join Aaron Rodgers?

The Packers may have Aaron Rodgers back, but they’re without a No. 1 receiver after trading Davante Adams.

After news of the trade, Adam Schefter reported that the team is “in the market this week to add another veteran receiver.”

However, options for GB are getting more limited by the day if they want to truly replace the star receiver. Allen Robinson landed with the Rams. Michael Gallup stayed with the Cowboys. Amari Cooper headed for the Vikings. Christian Kirk signed with the Jaguars.

Green Bay has at least put a tender on Allen Lazard, likely keeping him for 2022, but Marquez Valdes-Scantling is on the open market and may not return.

So here are three targets the Packers could go after while they can.

3. Odell Beckham Jr.

Odell Beckham Jr. had the chance to become a much hotter commodity on the free-agent market after helping the Rams win a Super Bowl. Then he tore his ACL during the big game and put a giant question mark on his 2022 availability.

Here’s the thing: Players are coming back from ACL injuries faster and faster these days. Whoever signs OBJ may not have him for the first month of the season. That’s fine. He can come back for the second half and make a difference for playoff contenders.

Isn’t that what happened to Los Angeles? Beckham Jr.’s addition was far more important in the postseason.

That’s the kind of boost Green Bay will be looking for when the playoffs come calling this season.
